Banana
rissole is a meal that combines two recipes of food, rissole and “pisuke”.
HOW TO MAKE BANANA RISSOLE
a. Tools and materials:

Frying pan

Spatula
3.
Big bowl
4.
Spoon

Plates

Uli bananas
7.
Sweetened condensed milk
8.
Cheddar cheese
9.
Grater
10. 250 kg flour
11. 2 beaten egg
12. 1 spoon of melted
butter
13. Salt
14. 2 spoons of starch

Steps:
·
First, make the wrapper. mix all of the ingredients such as 250 gr flour, two spoons starch, one spoon melted butter, a little bit salt, one beaten egg, and some water. Stir it until the dough become kinda washy.
·
Heat the frying
pan and put the dough bit by bit and make it become a flat-round dough in the
frying pan. Then wait until the dough is cooked. Do it one by one until there’s
10 wrapper ready.

After that, make
the stuffing for the inside use bananas. Slice one banana become 4 slices using
knife.
Use how much banana as you want. Then pour the condensed milk as you
want, you can use the vanilla one or the chocolate one, it’s up to you. Then
grate the cheese and put in the milky bananas. After that, stir it until it’s
silt.

Put the wrapper
in the plate and put the milky bananas in the edge of the wrapper. Wrap it until it’s neat. Do it for all the
wrapper.

Then, smear one
beaten egg for all the wrapper.

After that smear
the bread crumbs for all the wrapper.

Finally, when
it’s ready, you can fry it with cooking oil and serve it while it’s warm.
